Vacation Bible School

As the body of Christ, at Community Church, we affirm that we are called to share Christ’s love.  And, we do this through building authentic relationships with one another – both within the church and beyond it’s walls.  This ministry is fostered through the work of several groups within the body.  The first of these is the Adult Ministries Committee, which meets several times a year and helps design and implement ministries of friendship and fellowship.  Past events have included a “progressive supper”, a train ride, trips to see the Iowa Cubs play baseball, game nights, and bowling.  The second of  these groups is Seniors Alive – a group that fosters fellowship among our more “senior” members and friends.
